Caste and Class: A Marxist Viewpoint

Dalit intellectuals have often accused Marxism of ignoring the caste question or being limited to a class reductionist analysis and being unable to understand Ambedkar’s view or not giving it the due respect. Ranganayakamma has given point wise logical answers to each of these accusations. Most of the articles in this collection are polemical articles written in response to the questions and accusations against the Marxist analysis of caste question and Ranganayakamma’s writings.
